Administrator Training Package

Details and scope

Train administrators to operate the delivered business workflows and reports. Training environment exercises, operator notes and recorded questions with answers. Participants complete the agreed administration exercises and receive the materials. The stated scope is agreed before work starts; additional work is quoted separately.

Specifications

• 2 remote sessions of 3 hours; up to 10 administrators; 24 preparation and delivery hours
• 24 specialist-hours including preparation, delivery, checks and handover
• Training environment exercises, operator notes and recorded questions with answers
• Acceptance: Participants complete the agreed administration exercises and receive the materials
• Excludes: Accredited examinations, unlimited training and development work
