Sequence the delivery of an agreed solution with dependencies and test responsibilities. Delivery backlog, resource assumptions, release plan, risk register and test ownership. Every release has prerequisites, acceptance criteria and an assigned decision owner. The stated scope is agreed before work starts; additional work is quoted separately.

• 40 specialist-hours including preparation, delivery, checks and handover

• Excludes: Code delivery, hiring, vendor procurement and guaranteed delivery dates
